From May 22-26, in Indianapolis, USA, the ASHRAE Summer Conference took place, with attendees from Türkiye including Zeki Poyraz, Murat Erenoğlu, Volkan Dikmen, and Atilla Bıyıkoğlu. Members serving on the MP committee participated in the centralized training session, engaging in discussions and exchanging ideas with MP members from all around the world.
During the final section of the conference, Türkiye was represented at the first meeting of countries in the new format, attended by officers from the RAL region. Particularly, Türkiye received praise from other member countries for its initiatives regarding the establishment of Student Branches and student sponsorships.
In the new term of 2024-2025, ASHRAE convened with its new leadership team, where Türkiye was represented and engaged in mutual discussions.
