Dear ASHRAE Members,
I’m excited to begin my new term as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee (GAC). As a grassroots committee, we play a crucial role in advocating for the HVAC&R industry and ensuring that our members’ interests are represented at the government level.
In recently, I’ve had the opportunity to meet with several ministers and government officials to discuss our committee’s priorities and seek their support for our initiatives about decarbonization and energy savings. I’m encouraged by the positive response we’ve received and look forward to working closely with these officials to advance our industry’s goals.
